The Female Leadership Program 2026 was organized by The Innerwork Lab together with SLIIN and Participatory Development Foundation on 3rd February 2026 with the participation of seven Dutch women leaders.
During the programme, participants shared experiences with local women entrepreneurs engaged in the Diriliya Project and gained first-hand exposure to the rural Sri Lankan context. The programme also provided cultural immersion opportunities to help participants better understand the lifestyles, challenges, and strengths of Sri Lankan women in rural communities.
As part of its support towards women’s empowerment and capacity development, The Innerwork Lab donated EUR 3,500 to strengthen the capacities of women engaged in the project.
