SLIIN together with Participatory Development Foundation conducted an International Women’s Day celebration on 8th March 2026 at Anamaduwa with the participation of 50 women micro-entrepreneurs.
During the event, discussions and awareness sessions were conducted on topics related to women and child protection, psychosocial support, entrepreneurship, and women’s leadership. The programme aimed to empower women entrepreneurs by enhancing their knowledge, leadership capacities, and social wellbeing while encouraging inclusive community development.
